Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on the destination)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Domestic: Europe
- International: Pending

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Efit Voyager is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes that may be applied to your order by the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Efit Voyager is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@efit-voyager.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.
